In this role, you will assist in providing high-quality care services for residents in our Serviced Apartments, ensuring choice and compassion are always supported. You will enjoy building strong relationships with residents, their families and your colleagues to help ensure care outcomes are exceeded.

**About the role at Aveo Bridgeman Downs** Community**:

- This is a casual position, assisting our team with planned and unplanned leave
- **Most shifts worked will be in the afternoon and completing overnight sleep-over shifts, earning great penalty rates**:

- You will work as part of a team providing safe and effective personal care, tailored to the resident's needs
- Ensure all residents receive kind, caring and respectful personal care that supports their choice and independence
- Provide assistance to the residents and community with tasks including (but not limited to): medical & personal support, domestic cleaning and general admin duties

**About you**:

- Certificate 3 in Aged Care or equivalent (required)
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate (required, or willing to obtain a new one)
- Current Police Check clearance (don't have one? We will organise for you)
- Passionate Carer with excellent people & communication skills
- Reliable, flexible approach to 24 hour rostering
- Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up-to-date
