**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Certificate III in Community Services (Aged Care Work)
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of relevant legislation
- Ability to work independently within the scope of practice
- Commitment to follow RN In Charge directives
- Commitment to confidentiality
- Self-motivated with a positive work attitude

**Requirements for the role**:

- Previous experience working in an Aged Care Facility (**Highly Desirable)**:

- Statutory Declaration
- Current police check (**Required)**:

- Understandinq of Aqed Care Accreditation Standards
- Seasonal Influenza Vaccination (**Highly desirable)**:

- COVID Cover for all eligible members and boosters where suitable (**Highly desirable)**
