**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Degree / qualification in relevant field i.e. Fashion, Textiles, Production
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Production Specialist or Manager
- Experience working with accessories is highly regarded
- Extensive experience working directly with off-shore suppliers, while managing cost effective production strategies
- Proven experience working with fabric consolidation programs, product development requirements, shipping requirements, and trading terms and production timelines.
- Experience in FOB (Freight on Board) negotiations, order placement, capacity planning, open costing within the supply base.
- Experience in day to day production problem solving, issue prevention management and strategic production planning.
