All Seasons Air has been involved in the designing, Installation and Supply of Air
- Conditioning systems all over Sydney since 2003.
At All Seasons Air we provide a range of HVAC systems for Residential, Commercial and Industrial settings. We focus on all areas from design and modelling to Installation and Servicing.
**The opportunity**
We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for a skilled **Bookkeeper**, with basic accounting knowledge, and practical experience in MYOB is required to assist in entering and processing invoices, and assist with payroll processing.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven bookkeeping and office management experience
- Ability to work autonomously in a busy, fast-paced environment
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work with competing deadlines effectively
- Advanced MYOB and MS Office skills
- Access to own reliable vehicle
- Trustworthy, reliable, enthusiastic, results focused
**Responsibilities**
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Input sales orders, and purchases
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Debt Collection
- Payroll processing (MYOB)
- Reconciliations
- Monitoring accruals and prepayments
- Reporting on a weekly, monthly and annual basis
- Monitoring stationery, office supplies and in-office systems
- Acting as PA to the Director as needed
- Liaising with internal and external contacts
- Handle enquiries via reception and over the phone
- Data entry duties as required
