**We’re Hiring for the Following Roles**:

- **Venue Manager** - With at least 2 years of experience managing casual / fine dining restaurants, you’re a natural leader who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth operations. Knowledge in Wine and Drinks are beneficial but not essential.
- **Assistant Venue Manager** - If you’ve got 1+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience in casual/fine dining restaurants and are eager to take the next step in your career, this is your chance to grow alongside a dedicated team.
- **Part-Time / Casual Wait Staff** - We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills who are passionate about providing outstanding service. Be part of an environment where every guest feels like a VIP
- **Bar Specialists** - If you have a love for wine, cocktails, and sake (bonus points if you're already an expert), we want you behind the bar. Flexibility to float between roles is a plus

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Eligible work visa holders in Australia
- A current NSW RSA
- Fluent English - communication is key in our collaborative, team oriented environment
- Flexibility on shifts, with mandatory availability on Friday & Saturday, as well as the ability to work night hours

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 38 per week
