**About the Role**
- Assist the Store Manager to run, lead and inspire a team of 6 high performers
- Responsible for people, product and visual merchandising
- Minimise store shrinkage and drive store operations

**About you**
- Self-motivated and a drive to succeed
- Passion for customer experience and driving sales
- Previous retail leadership experience
- Have a passion for sports or swimming
