The Aspire Allied Health Therapy Assistant will contribute to participant care by providing clinical support tasks delegated under the direct or indirect supervision of Aspire AH professionals. The role exists to provide clinical services within the allocated service team structure to support children and adults with disabilities to meet their identified need/s. The scope of the role includes provision of a range of specialist clinical services in collaboration with Aspire AH’s professionals within the context of team structure, which includes the participant/family/carer.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Certificate III Allied Health Assistance

**Essential Skills & Experience**
- Experience working with people with disabilities and their families
- Experience in implementing allied health programs
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy in basic Microsoft Office programs
- Demonstrated ability to working independently
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
- Current Driver’s License (at least C - Car).
- Current Queensland Yellow Card (Disability Worker Screening), or valid exemption.
- Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children), or valid exemption.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
