Hybrid role
- office based in Rhodes
- Pre credit team, working closely with Credit team
- Competitive salary range

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Credit team and to build a solid knowledge base of the credit guidelines and requirements of a BIG 4 Bank.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Conduct title searches and ABN checks.
- Generate credit report
- Request and check valuations and mortgage insurance.
- Document errors, including corrective actions and status of errors.
- Assist with the collation and presentation of trends.
- Ensure all KPI’s are met.
- Undertake QA on files

**To be suitable for role you will possess the following**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Loan packaging and loan processing experience.
- Minimum 1 years experience within a Financial Services role.
- Previous experience in a loan submission or credit role would be highly desirable.
- General understanding of mortgages and lending principles.
- Previous experience in a quality assurance/ analytical role preferred
