Our client is a locally owned and operated company supplying quality products and services. They are the supplier of choice for many small, medium and large businesses and retail customers.

Our Client three divisions that allow them to provide high quality products and professional expertise for a wide range of domestic, commercial and industrial projects.

**Your new role**

My client is looking for an experienced, organised team player and a great communicator with exceptional administrative skills and experience to join our team. This role is responsible for providing high level administrative support for the Head Office Team including data entry, managing the company databases, internal system administration including HR, IT, Invoicing and Supplier systems, managing assets/ supplies, preparing documents, taking meeting minutes, reception, and other office administrative tasks.

**What you'll need to succeed**

1. Strong administration skills (organised, systems-oriented, process driven) with excellent attention to detail.

3. Experience in managing a Human Resource Information/ Payroll Systems, Content Management/Invoicing systems, Safety Management Systems is highly desirable.

4. Experience in using various programs and the capacity to learn new programs and procedures quickly

5. 3+ years’ experience in executive administration supporting Senior Management and systems administration.

6. Experience in handling highly confidential and sensitive information and material.

7. Experience in collecting, compiling, and analysing data and information to potentially create reports.
