Based in modern offices in the heart of Bondi Junction, you'll utilise cutting-edge technology and build new relationships with a wonderful crew of like-minded team members.

**So what does the role involve?**

As the glue that holds the office together, working closely with both the Business Manager and EA to the Owner, you will be an essential piece of the business puzzle. You will always ensure that the office is functioning efficiently to enable every team to perform to the best of their ability.

You have an Executive Assistant mindset which means you do whatever it takes to contribute to team success.

There are many components to this position so it is crucial that you come well-equipped to juggle multiple moving parts. From sales administration, client support, and managing incoming leads right through to ordering the stationary and managing incoming supplies, you take pride in the output you deliver and understand that every task (from the very small to the large), has a significant impact on the team.

Whilst the day-to-day will always vary, you can expect to see yourself tackling the below duties on a regular basis...
- Following up with internal and external stakeholders - you will be confident on the phone and not afraid to use your initiative.
- There is no reception component as everyone has direct lines & mobiles however, new leads are received via the website, social media channels and other marketing methods - they need to be managed swiftly and passed on to the most appropriate executive.
- Engaging with potential investors to understand their requirements, and qualifying their needs.
- Issuing reports on leads each week to the Owner and Business Manager
- Supporting the Business Manager with new incentives and projects across the business
- Providing marketing support by way of sourcing social media content, loading to various platforms, and monitoring engagement
- Coordinating contracts and other important documents, ensuring they are saved to the right folders and uploaded to DocuSign etc
- Liaising with property agents to gather information packs on potential and current investments
- Utilising Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to create, edit & modify documents as required
- Assisting with a broad range of social duties - Friday drinks (is the wine cold?), birthdays, industry events, and tradeshows.
- Being a direct extension of the business - polished and well presented at all times, able to greet investors who may visit the office from time to time
