As a Bartender at The Southern, you will be the life of the party, responsible for crafting delicious drinks, engaging with our patrons, and ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including beer, and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and addressing any special requests or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are stocked and in good condition.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous bartending experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A valid RSA is essential RCG is a plus.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $65.00 per hour
