**About the Role**

Due to our continued growth and success, we are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Electrical Commissioning Supervisor for a 2/1 roster to work on our construction and renewable energy projects throughout Australia. Some of your key tasks will include:

- Lead and manage the electrical commissioning activities, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Supervise a team of commissioning technicians, ensuring all tasks are completed according to project specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare and review commissioning plans, procedures, and checklists.
- Conduct pre-commissioning checks, functional tests, and start-up activities for electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues identified during testing and commissioning phases.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve technical issues and provide feedback for design improvements.
- Review and approve test reports, commissioning documentation, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with other departments (Construction, Engineering, QA/QC) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide progress updates to the Commissioning/ Engineering Manager and highlight any potential risks or delays.
- Support project close-out activities, including handover documentation and final testing reports.

**About You**
- Electrical trade qualification or a Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering and white card are required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical commissioning, preferably in solar farm or large-scale construction projects.
- Proven experience in supervising a team of technicians and subcontractors.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, testing equipment, and commissioning procedures. Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Proficient in using commissioning software and tools.
