**Environmental Services Assistant**

**About the Role**
- Be part of a brilliant team of people responsible for providing the highest standards of cleanliness to all areas of the hospital
- Work with nursing staff to ensure efficient patient flow through the facility and quality outcomes for patients
- Ensure the highest standards of infection control are maintained and within safe operating procedures
- Casual positions available to work 16/20 hours per week

- You enjoy providing a great customer service experience
- You are a team player and love to work within a large team
- You have attention to detail and take pride in your work
- You are dedicated to the highest standards of safety, cleanliness and infection control

**About Our Hospital**

The Avenue is an advanced 152 bed private surgical and medical hospital located in the inner city suburb of Windsor. The staff at the hospital are committed to providing quality health care and excellence in customer service.

The Avenue Hospital together with some of Australia’s leading orthopaedic surgeons has developed a reputation for excellence in orthopaedic surgery including joint replacement and the management of sports injuries. It also has one of the longest established and most reputable Bariatric (Obesity) surgical programs in Australia.

The hospital has 11 operating theatres, large day surgery centre, a High Dependency Unit, a Dermatology Centre and advanced interventional imaging services (including MRI, CT and Ultrasound).

Comprehensive Pathology, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics, Pre-Admission and Discharge Planning services are also available onsite.

**Requirements**:

- _Must provide a _**National Police** check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a **Working-With-Children** check and **proof of immunisation** against infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.
