**About the Role**

Support and lead a team of around 30 fantastic staff alongside a multi-site manager in Environmental Services. Join a hospital that is undergoing an exciting and multi-stage redevelopment. Join a manager keen to look at new innovations and technology within the industry.

As the Environmental Services 2IC, you will hold a key leadership role which will see you supporting the Network Manager to effectively manage and support our Environmental team at Warringal Private Hospital.

This will include the management of staff to provide and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in line with required hygiene standards, infection control and OHS requirements across all areas of the hospital.

**About You**
- Previous experience in hospital cleaning / orderly role
- Demonstrated leadership skills in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to assist in the management of a team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills

**Requirements**:
Everyone who joins Ramsay:

- Must be up-to-date in their **vaccination against COVID-19 (including the third dose, as required)** using a vaccine approved by the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation.
- Must provide a **National Police** check conducted within the previous 12 months
