**A role with unique responsibilities**

Some duties include, but not limited to:

- Maintain stocks, equipment and consumables (stock control)
- Prepare, pack and unpack consumables & equipment
- Wash laboratory equipment
- Prime shippers and fill liquid nitrogen tanks
- Record keeping and data entry
- Media preparation and set up
- Double witnessing movement of gametes / embryos within the laboratory
- Assist with laboratory work
- A degree in Biological/Health Science (advantageous)
- Previous laboratory experience within an andrology or pathology laboratory (essential)
- General knowledge of Pathology practices and accreditation including NATA
- Superior organisation and time management skills with proven ability to multitask
- Knowledge of aseptic technique
- Strong attention to detail
- A positive attitude and ability to take initiative
- Competent user of Monash IVF Group systems
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills including presentation skills
- A willingness to work collaboratively within a small multidisciplinary team
- Alignment with the Monash IVF Group Mission and Principles
