We're looking for an experienced Event Manager to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Promptly respond to inquiries about services, providing Quotation and clear information on related costs pricing and Invoicing.

Meet with clients to understand their needs and present tailored options. Discuss requirements and propose solutions that align with the client's preferences.

Efficiently arrange and coordinate Event logistics for seamless delivery, focusing on retention and overall event success.

Assist Marketing team by providing content from events for social media platforms.

Organise Accreditations, Inductions and correct documentation for Events.

Conduct Briefings for staff on event days to ensure everyone is well informed about roles and responsibilities.

Negotiate services and costs within your budget by clearly stating your needs, talking about specific requirements, and finding agreements that work well for both parties.

Maintain transparent communication with contractors

Delivering detailed reports to stakeholders.

Address issues and provide feedback for successful project management.

To keep the event calendar up-to-date, regularly input and review upcoming events.

**Skills and experience**:

- Proven experience in Event Management.
- Experience in Major events of up to 500 Staff deployment.
- Strong leadership, team management skills, organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, work flexibly and respond to changing Event requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulatory standards, security protocols and considerations for events.
- Proficient in report writing and administrative tasks.
- Ability to work weekdays and weekends, events depending.
- Having knowledge and understanding of security and safety, particularly when working at an event.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
