**About the role**

An opportunity exists for Environmental Service Workers to join our team at Oak Towers Aged Care Service. You will be responsible for laundry and cleaning duties within our Residential Aged Care facility.

Your day to day tasks will include but not be limited to:

- Laundry duties including collecting, sorting, washing, drying, folding and labelling;
- Distribution of linen and resident clothing while maintaining the cleanliness of the laundry and equipment;
- Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the facility’s residential areas.

Remuneration for this role is $23.63 - $24.27 per hour commensurate with experience.

**About you**

You are an enthusiastic worker who enjoys being a team player and can work autonomously.

Ideally you will have:

- Certificate II in Cleaning Operations or similar is desirable but not essential;
- Experience working in the Aged Care industry is desirable;
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts across a 7-day week;
- Possess or have the ability to acquire a current National Police.

- Under Churches of Christ policy and/or the applicable public health directions, team members are required to be up to date with their COVID-19 Vaccination.
