Role Overview:
We're seeking an experienced and reliable Delivery Driver to join our logistics team, responsible for ensuring timely delivery of our premium coffee products to our valued wholesale customers throughout Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute daily delivery routes efficiently and professionally
- Handle and transport coffee products with care
- Verify delivery orders and obtain proper signatures
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our Ordermentum system
- Conduct vehicle safety checks and maintain cleanliness
- Build and maintain positive relationships with our wholesale customers
- Report any delivery issues or customer feedback to management
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
- Follow safe lifting procedures and OHS guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Previous delivery driver experience, preferably in food/beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of Melbourne metropolitan area
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset
- Ability to lift and handle heavy items (up to 12kg)
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Good communication skills
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery app usage

Schedule:

- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday
- Early morning starts

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
