**About the opportunity**:
The Family Day Care Coordinator will lead a team of educators in home based education and care environments. This position is for a highly organized and experienced educator who is focused on excellence in the provision of high quality, flexible and affordable child care.

The Family Day Care Coordinator will support, guide and assist educators, families and children who access Family Day care and have knowledge and experience in implementing the National Quality Standards. The Coordinator will be required to work within a multi disciplinary team based across Gippsland, with a focus on Wellington, East Gippsland and Latrobe Valley Shires.

**About you**:
First and foremost, you will hold a Diploma of Early Childhood and share a passion for Family Day Care learning environments.

You will bring also bring with you:

- Demonstrated experience in working with children and families and an understanding of developmental needs of children.
- An ability to plan, reflect, work and manage time effectively with mínimal supervision.
- An understanding of Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 and Education and Care Services National Regulations 2012/National Quality Standards.
