You have STRONG FACE TO FACE RETAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. You might have worked for a specialty retailer or boutique where you fulfilled a wide range of tasks on a daily basis.

Your INTERPERSONAL and COMMUNICATION SKILLS in ENGLISH are WELL DEFINED and allow you to relate to a wide range of customers.

- Reliable and trustworthy team player with positive work attitude
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Capable to perform all retail floor functions like maintaining the merchandise and store, stock display, operating POS, climbing small ladders and standing for extended periods
- Highly motivated and organised individual, who understand how to prioritise various tasks throughout your work day
- Strong attention to detail and work well under pressure
- Extensive knowledge of a variety of music genres (rock, pop, punk, metal etc.)
- Sound knowledge of pop-culture (Movies, TV, Comics, Gaming, Anime)
- Basic maths and accurate money handling skills
- Basic computer skills, including MS Word & Excel
- Retail experience minimum 1 year
