Modern streamlined group practice is seeking two full time staff members to join their teams. This position is full-time Monday to Friday - hours vary from earliest start 7am-latest finish 6pm **.** Parking provided at Spring Hill site. Chermside has street parking available.

This is an opportunity for a friendly receptionist to step into a Specialist role - perhaps you have General Practice or Allied Health experience and seeking something new Role offers great conditions and training.

**Skills required**:

- Meeting and greeting patients and Invoicing for consultations/tests
- Booking procedures and obtaining Informed Financial Consent (IFC) if applicable
- Briefly discussing procedures with patients as directed by Doctors
- Making follow up appointments and confirming
- Administration duties as required
- Liaison with team to ensure patient management protocols are followed through
