Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently
- Handle inquiries and communications promptly and courteously
- Support the team with digital workflows, including dental photography and intra-oral scanning
- Contribute to social media content creation and patient engagement
- Maintain patient records and uphold confidentiality standards

Essential Skills and Experience:

- Minimum 2 years of Dental Reception and Assistant experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Understanding of dental procedures and terminology
- Experience with technology and dental office software
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
