**About Us**

Traffic Control Supplies Pty Ltd is a leading provider in the traffic control, road signage, and printing industry, committed to delivering exceptional products, quality and service. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Sales Support team member to join our office in Heathwood, where you’ll gain hands-on experience and have the opportunity to grow within the company and the industry.

**About the Role**

This entry-level role will focus on order processing, handling customer enquiries, and supporting our sales and administration teams. We will set you up for success with appropriate training being provided to ensure you’re well-prepared to learn our processes, the industry, and the products we offer.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Order Processing: Efficiently enter customer orders into our system with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer Enquiries: Provide friendly, timely responses to customer phone enquiries, helping them with their orders and questions.
- Sales & Admin Support: Assist with various tasks, including data entry, organizing reports, and supporting the sales and admin teams with daily needs.

**About You**

We’re looking for someone who has:

- _**Attention to Detail**:_ Accuracy is key in order processing.
- _**Computer Skills**:_ Experienced in being able to use a computer including the Microsoft suite
- _**Willingness to Learn**:_ Eager to learn about our industry, products, and processes.
- _**Strong Work Ethic**:_ Dedicated to performing tasks thoroughly, accurately and efficiently.
- _**Communication Skills**:_Comfortable communicating clearly and effectively on the phone.
- _**Outgoing and Friendly Demeanour**:_Enjoys working with a team and supporting customers.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
- Friday: 7:30am - 1:00pm
