We're looking for a Venue Manager to assist our Hospitality team in delivering outstanding experiences that reflects our existing offering in Beechworth but evolves and elevates it for this exciting brand-new venue.

Venue Manager Opportunity.

After 18 years as Victoria’s favourite regional craft brewery venue, we’re opening the first ever Melbourne outpost of Bridge Road Brewers.

We’re looking for a Venue Manager to assist our Hospitality team in delivering outstanding experiences that reflects our existing offering in Beechworth but evolves and elevates it for this exciting brand-new venue.

We are located in East Brunswick Village, a new development on Nicholson St.

EBV will house not only our 350-seat brewery venue, but a Cinema, fine dining, food and retail.

Our hospitality offering will be a central part of this exciting new precinct in the Inner North.

We’re only 5km from the CBD with transport links close including the 96 tram at the front door, and Merri Creek Trail and trains, buses and freeway access all nearby. There’s a combination of undercover and free street parking surrounding the site. It’s an easy place to commute to no matter where you live in Melbourne.

To be successful in this role, you’ll be a natural leader. You’ll understand what means to be part of a dynamic venue team.

You’ll nurture a strong and vibrant venue culture. You’ll be driven, detail orientated, collaborative, creative and open.

In a technical sense you’ll:

- Be passionate about craft beer + delivering exceptional hospitality.
- Have experience in a comparative role.
- Possess high level communication skills.
- Possess high level problem-solving and communication skills.
