**About the Role**:
As a Mowing Team Leader, you will oversee and manage our mowing operations. You will lead a dedicated team of Mower Operators to ensure the maintenance and enhancement of green spaces across a major mowing contract.

This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong commitment to quality and safety, capable of working alongside their team to maintain and enhance green spaces.
- Actively participate in mowing and groundskeeping tasks alongside your team.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of Mower Operators, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Inspect sites regularly to ensure high lawn maintenance standards and address any issues promptly.
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure all mowing equipment is well-maintained and operational, arranging for repairs as needed.

**About You**:

- Proficient in operating and maintaining various mowing equipment.
- Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
- Valid Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
- Valid Drivers' license.
- MR license required.
