Our client is looking for a business leader who is already an accomplished grazing property manager with extensive experience in large-scale sheep and cattle production.

The position:
The Farm Manager will report to the Group General Manager and will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of an aggregation of nine properties totalling 10,000ha running up to 70,000dse with a team of five staff.
Key Responsibilities will include:

- Staff and contractor management
- Developing planned grazing management systems
- Ecological and landscape improvement projects
- Delivery of infrastructure upgrades and developments

The person we're looking for:

- Tertiary qualification in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or relevant degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Farm software experience and competence in the Microsoft Suite
- Driver’s license MR or HR an advantage
