This is a casual role for up to 38 hours a week across Monday to Friday, including coverage for leave and as the practice expands. Flexible availability is essential. Ideally you will have at least 1 year of Australian experience as a Dental Assistant/Front Office Coordinator, but this is not essential.

This is a dual role with both chairside assistance and front office duties, responsibilities include:

- Phone calls, booking appointments, recalls and liaising with patients
- Processing payments, preparing and cleaning the treatment room
- Chairside assisting, sterilisation procedures and strict infection control

You will:

- Have strong communication and phone skills, able to build rapport quickly
- Be confident, able to multi-task and work independently
- Be a team player, reliable, trustworthy, polite and have a strong work ethic
- Be competent with and willing to learn new technology
- Have a commitment to providing excellent patient care
- Have unrestricted working rights for Australia.
- Experience with Exact and a Cert III in Dental Assisting is also an advantage
