The Finance and Administrative Officer plays a lead role in supporting Business, Culture, Excellence and Systems.

**Key responsibilities**
- Convening internal teams and communications pathways including Studio Meetings, Sharing Sessions and annual team events
- Working closely with the Directors to achieve the Studio vision
- Understanding and encouraging multiple perspectives and disciplines to inform excellent outcomes and projects
- Inspiring others through generosity, a global outlook and community values
- Networking and representing the Studio externally
- Supporting best practice outcomes and personal development
- Provide financial support, forecasting and budgeting, invoicing, processing wages and receipting as required
- Be across all relevant compliance legislation for Work Health and Safety; Human Resources
- Maintain and update office processes and procedures
- Oversee the front of house area and Studio operations
- Provide personal assistance to the Directors
- Assist in the preparation of business reports for the Directors
**Skills and experience**
- A Diploma in Business, or Commerce is an advantage
- Have competent business management and software skills
- Understand the demands of a creative and nimble small to medium business
- Be highly organised
- Be able to juggle competing demands and meet deadlines
- Contribute to a supportive and caring environment where teamwork and collaboration are at the heart of what they do
- Be a financial whiz
- Have outstanding communications and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) along with your ability to liaise at all level
- Have a good understanding of MS Office 365 software (Outlook, Word and Excel) to deliver a range of tasks. Basic knowledge of Xero accounting software, databases and Adobe Creative Suite is desirable, though not essential. Additional training may be provided
- Have four or more years' experience in a similar role
