This is a brand new role, SAP Greenfield project, working for one of Australias biggest company's with a net worth of $7 Billion. This will be one of the largest

S/4 HANA projects in Australia - be part of history today

The role plays an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that goals and objectives of the Transformation / Change Management goals are accomplished within prescribed time frames. The incumbent must consistently aim to deliver quality services and/or solutions that meet business requirements and ensure that goals are accomplished in line with business objectives. You must provide a deep level of Transformation / Change skills
- At least one project of SAP or ERP
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Change Analyst or similar change focused position
- Very strong stakeholder communications
- **S/4 HANA project experience will be a bonus**:

- Ability to translate complicated technology solutions and outcomes into plain language, both in speaking and writing
- Strong sense of team; supporting wider team and celebrating success
- Problem-solving - ability to stay calm and think on your feet in high-pressure situations. Demonstrate appropriate risk-taking and comfort with ambiguity
