**About the role**:
As the Tingalpa Sales Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our showroom while providing outstanding customer experiences. You will also be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our showroom, managing a small team of casual sales staff, and ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, motivate, and train a small team of casual sales staff, setting clear expectations and providing ongoing guidance to drive sales performance.
- Monitor and evaluate showroom activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising, ensuring products are displayed attractively and in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Foster a customer-centric culture by promoting excellent customer service and resolving any customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

**Qualifications**:

- It is not necessary to have had previous experience in a supervisory role within a retail or showroom environment, however, it would be desirable.
- Possess a natural leadership style and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate other staff members.
- Strong customer service orientation, with a genuine passion for creating positive customer experiences.
