The Role

We are looking for quality and talented Sommeliers, Wait Staff and Hosts to join our teams on a full-time basis. We have roles available at a variety of our venues and there is an opportunity to join at different levels at our venues in Narooma. This is a chance to join a company where you will learn and progress in your career.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests and engage with customers to deliver a positive dining experience

- Learn and discuss the food and beverage menu with guests

- Take orders and serve guests promptly and accurately

- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

- Set and clear tables to a high standard and manage multiple tables in one service

- Pre-empt guests’ needs and provide proactive service

Qualifications

- 2+ years of relevant experience in the industry

- Confident with customer engagement, including greeting guests and discussing the menu

- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant, bistro, or hotel

- Ability to work closely with kitchen and bar staff

- Understanding of setting and clearing tables to a high standard and managing multiple tables
