We are recruiting for a **Client Communication Officer** to join our Business Development Centre based in **Burwood**. The Business Development Centre (Hub) is the heartbeat of our QLD & VIC dealerships.

**What the role entails**:

- Interacting with a high volume of customers
- Performing switchboard, reception-based and service booking phone functions
- Providing an exceptional level of customer experience
- Various ad-hoc administration-based functions
- Working towards KPIs and other performance outcomes
- Participating in training and other learning and development opportunities
