**Manager - Drive Thru Coffee Kiosk (Full-Time)**

We’re looking for a motivated **Kiosk Manager** to lead our busy drive-thru coffee team — the kind of person who keeps the line moving, the team energised, and the customers smiling.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead, coach and motivate a small team to deliver exceptional customer service and quality coffee.
- Oversee daily operations — opening/closing, cash handling, stock levels, and equipment checks.
- Maintain kiosk presentation, hygiene, and compliance with all company and safety standards.
- Roster staff efficiently using TANDA(you'll be shown on how to use the platform) and ensure coverage for peak trading periods.
- Drive performance by monitoring sales, labour costs, and KPIs.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to grow within the business.
- Handle customer feedback and help build a positive, motivated team culture.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in a **fast-food, café or drive-thru management role** (McDonald’s, Hungry Jack’s, GYG, or similar).
- A true **morning person** — able to handle **5:00 am starts** with a smile and keep the team energised throughout the rush.
- Must be available to **work weekends** and public holidays as part of the rotating roster.
- Strong leadership and communication skills — you know how to bring out the best in people.
- Excellent time management and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Hands-on approach — not afraid to jump on the coffee machine or help the team when it’s busy.
- Reliable, proactive, and organised — you take ownership and follow through.
- Understanding of rostering, cash handling, and basic business reporting.
