Manager – Drive Thru Coffee Kiosk (Full-Time)

We're looking for a motivated Kiosk Manager to lead our busy drive-thru coffee team — the kind of person who keeps the line moving, the team energised, and the customers smiling.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach and motivate a small team to deliver exceptional customer service and quality coffee.
• Oversee daily operations — opening/closing, cash handling, stock levels, and equipment checks.
• Maintain kiosk presentation, hygiene, and compliance with all company and safety standards.
• Roster staff efficiently using TANDA(you'll be shown on how to use the platform) and ensure coverage for peak trading periods.
• Drive performance by monitoring sales, labour costs, and KPIs.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to grow within the business.
• Handle customer feedback and help build a positive, motivated team culture.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a fast-food, café or drive-thru management role (McDonald's, Hungry Jack's, GYG, or similar).
• A true morning person — able to handle 5:00 am starts with a smile and keep the team energised throughout the rush.
• Must be available to work weekends and public holidays as part of the rotating roster.
• Strong leadership and communication skills — you know how to bring out the best in people.
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Hands-on approach — not afraid to jump on the coffee machine or help the team when it's busy.
• Reliable, proactive, and organised — you take ownership and follow through.
• Understanding of rostering, cash handling, and basic business reporting.
