A leading National Managed Service Provider based in Melbourne’s Inner South requires a Technical Team Leader for a permanent vacancy commencing immediately. The company promotes a collaborative and supportive work environment, offering exposure to leading technologies.

**Your new role**
Within this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for:

- Leadership and management of the Technical Team in VIC & NSW.
- Overseeing project delivery, solution design, ticket escalations, hardware deployments, problem solving of complex escalations and the mentoring of team members.
- Managing staff productivity and performance.
- Training, coaching and developing the VIC / NSW team.
- Ensuring overall client satisfaction SLAs are met.
- Assisting with escalated complex technical support requirements.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience in managing / leading a team.
- Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, VMware / Hyper-V, Networking, Firewall, Backup & Disaster Recovery, VoIP and Security.
- Excellent ability to communicate across all levels of an enterprise business.
- A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Microsoft, VMware, Citrix and Cisco certifications are beneficial.
- Proven experience working within a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy.
- Current driver’s license and access to a car.
