Flying Bark requires a casual (2-3 days) Legal, Business and Corporate Affairs Paralegal who will be providing organisational support to Flying Bark’s small Legal and Business Affairs team.

The Legal, Business and Corporate Affairs Paralegal will have well developed administrative skills, impeccable attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Ideally we are seeking a law student who is keen to learn about, and gain exposure to, the film, tv and animation industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

The primary responsibilities for the role are:

- Contract administration and management functions, particularly assisting with Docusign execution of agreements, sending signed/executed agreements to appropriate parties, saving and maintaining contracts in internal drives;
- Assist Legal and Business Affairs team with other functions as required such as tracking legal queries and critical dates, as well as the preparation of short form agreements/correspondence;
- General administrative and other duties as required.
- Excellent administration skills, preferably with previous experience in administrative roles;
- Attention to detail and strong organisation skills are a must for this role;
- Advanced Microsoft Office and GSuite skills;
- Ability to handle confidential and commercially sensitive documents with utmost discretion;
- Flexibility and able to work in an environment with shifting priorities and demands;
- Ability to manage a diverse workload and be on top of deadlines;
- Fast learner and willing to learn on the job;
- Ideally be willing to work in the studio;
- A strong passion for all things children’s animation and the film/TV production industry.

This role would suit a university law student wanting to pursue a career in the film and television industry or someone who has prior Entertainment or Business affairs/HR experience.
