We have an exciting Customer Account Manager opportunity available within our Sydney branch, but based out of Melbourne to service on of our Key Customers.

Key Activities/Accountabilities

Documentation compliance and management.
Container tracking and flow management
Priority / Exception management and reporting
E-services training and co-ordination
Customer education
AR compliance and query resolution
Onsite escalation point
Third party vendor management (transport providers)
Special projects
High level of involvement with Geodis operations team that manage the Client's day to day functions.

Skills and experience

Bachelor Degree in Logistics or similar
5+ Years minimum experience in Logistics Industry incl Customs / Quantine procedures
Customer service skills essential.
Knowledge of air and sea freight processes essential.
Experience using CargoWise essential.

$75,000 - $85,000 plus superannuation
