**About the Role**
The Head of Health & Safety is a pivotal role in refining and communicating the strategic plan and will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to drive cultural change to create a focus on behaviours, accountability and empowerment, alongside ensuring the capability delivery from the central H&S team meets operational requirements. You will provide coaching to Board, Executive and Operations, ensuring the business achieves H&S objectives within a safety-first culture to reduce risk. The role provides strategic guidance to develop the H&S strategy and objectives

Reporting into the EGM, you will further support the business and functions in ensuring they provide a safe place of work for employees, contractors, customer and visitors. The role will lead a team of around 25 H&S professionals.
