**The role**:
We are seeking Disability Support Workers to provide person-centered support for an individual living independently in the Elizabeth area. We are looking for applicants who have experience providing support for clients with tracheostomy care, percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG), seizure management and BiPap support. This is an ideal role for student nurses, or support workers with a good clinical understanding.

**Duties**:

- High Clinical Support (training will be provided)
- 24/7 Shift Opportunities
- Manual Handling
- Personal Care
- Medication Administration
- Community Engagement and Social Support
- Domestic Assistance
- Allied Health led therapy program

**About you**:

- Current Certificate III or equivalent is essential
- Current DCSI (DSES) or NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to obtain
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certification
- Current Mental Health First Aid or willing to obtain
- Must have unrestricted SA Driver's License
- Must be compliant with South Australian Government current Covid-19 vaccination policies
