Blended Care Australia are seeking motivated, fun, and reliable staff to join our team of health care professionals to support and empower the diverse community around us. We have a current need for staff with experience working with complex clients who have high medical needs. Must have capacity to work flexibly including mornings, evenings and short shifts. Must be available to work 20+ hours a week.

**Ability to speak English is essential for this role.**

**The role may include but not limited to**:

- Working independently within your local community, within close proximity to your home*.
- Assistance with personal care tasks including showering, toileting and feeding.
- Light domestic tasks including assistance with cleaning and cooking where needed.
- Community access including recreational activities, shopping and transport assistance.

**Essential**:

- Drivers Licence & access to your own vehicle
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- National Police Check
- Working With Children’s Check
- COVID-19 Vaccination (Booster)
- Flu Vaccination
- Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
- You possess sound written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including short shifts, long shifts, mornings, and evenings.

**Desirable/Highly preferred but not required**:

- Certificate III in disability, community services or other health disciplines including those working towards a qualification in health.
- Experience with personal care assistance.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Public holidays
- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
