**THE OPPORTUNITY**

An exciting opportunity has become available for a **Logistics Scheduler** based in **Ormeau.**This position involves working as part of our collaborative Despatch team - reporting to the QLD Logistics Manager.

This is a **full time** role - working 11am - 7pm, Monday - Friday.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Co-ordinate and schedule daily delivery runs
- Work as part of a tight knit logistics team to ensure customer demands are met
- Assist with customer service duties as required
- General housekeeping
- Adherence to **Stratco**safety and other policies and procedures
- Participation in tool box and team meetings

**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven experience in a similar scheduling role, ideally within the construction/building industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Relentless approach to ensuring the customers' needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Understanding of loading different size and weight materials
- Sound geographical knowledge
- Familiarity with logistics and scheduling software systems
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced, pressurised environment
- A "go getter" who can think outside the square
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
