**To apply, you should have**:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field, with a minimum of 5 years experience as a Human Resources Manager
- Successful experience as an HR leader in a mid-sized company
- Demonstrated experience in the various HR functional areas, especially organisational development, change management, training, industrial relations and employee relations
- A deep knowledge of HR programs and practices, including applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations
- Experience in managing Workers Compensation Insurance and Injury Management
**What you'll be doing**:
You will be leading a small team to provide a well-rounded HR service to the business including crew coordination, injury management, recruitment and training. We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager that can bring their expertise in industrial relations as well as providing leadership in best practice Human Resources.
