**About the Role**:
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and experienced **Support Workers** to join our team on a **casual basis**. You will provide one-on-one and group support to NDIS participants in their homes and communities, helping them achieve their goals and live with dignity.

**Position**: Casual NDIS Support Worker
**Location**: Brunswick VIC
**Employment Type**: Casual
**Pay**: Award rates based on experience and qualifications

**Your Role Will Include**:

- Providing personal care and support with daily living tasks
- Supporting participants in the community (appointments, social outings, etc.)
- Light domestic assistance and meal preparation
- Medication assistance and documentation
- Promoting independence, dignity, and choice

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum 6 months experience in disability support or a related field
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (if applicable)
- COVID-19 Vaccination (as per current health regulations)
- Manual Handling Certificate (preferred)
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (highly desirable)
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude
