**About the Role**
This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled and passionate individual to take on the role of Mobile Learning Unit Team Leader, Operations. As the Team Leader, you will play a vital role in overseeing the Support Teams, ensuring top-notch client and customer care, and coordinating and executing events and workshops. What sets this role apart is the chance to lead a team of Support Officers, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment. You will have the opportunity to implement and optimise systems and processes, contributing to the end-to-end production of courses. Working closely with the Operations Manager and cross-functional teams, you will be at the forefront of driving business delivery and enhancing overall operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Lead and manage Support Teams for post-production systems and customer experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain well-documented processes and guidelines.
- Ensure smooth operations of events and conferences, fulfilling Mobile Learning Unit objectives.
- Provide accurate and proactive communications, investigating and solving customer inquiries.

You will also have:

- A degree qualification or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Demonstrated knowledge of people management and leadership.
- Demonstrated commitment and passion to providing exceptional customer service.
