The Toward Home Alliance is a leading alliance dedicated to providing access and support to individuals experiencing homelessness. We are on a mission to make a meaningful impact by delivering exceptional services and fostering successful collaboration with our partners. Lutheran Care are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to join our Divert team. In this role you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our program whilst working alongside a group of dedicated staff who are committed to making a difference in the lives of others.

So, what's the role?

As the Operations Manager for Divert, your responsibilities will provide leadership and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of your team, ensuring the delivery of the highest quality services to our clients. This role will oversee the provision of services across various Alliance locations, including mobile services. Ensuring clients receive support in a timely manner, ensure high quality specialist triaging, client intake and assessments and embedding best practice into service delivery.
