We are now seeking a skilled Retail Manager to join our team at San Churro in Oaklands Park SA and oversee the daily operations of our retail stores, ensuring excellence in customer service, operational efficiency, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product & Inventory Management: Oversee product selection, manage inventory levels, and ensure stock availability to meet customer demand.
- Financial Management: Control budgeting, monitor financial transactions, and ensure cost-effective operations for profitability.
- Purchasing & Marketing: Develop purchasing policies, implement marketing campaigns, and set competitive pricing to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Customer Sales & Support: Provide expert advice to customers, resolve inquiries promptly, and ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, train, and develop retail staff to maintain high service standards and team performance.
- Supplier & Operational Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and efficient operations.
- Client Relations: Manage customer interactions, enhance satisfaction, and foster long-term loyalty.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
- If managing a franchise location, you may also be responsible for ensuring that the store adheres to franchise guidelines, communicates with the franchisor, and upholds brand consistency.Skills & Experience Required:

- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of retail management experience, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Expertise in inventory management, budgeting, and financial oversight.
- Proven ability to create and execute purchasing and marketing strategies.
- Strong background in customer service, supplier relations, and event management.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a retail environment.* Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
