My client is a full-service accountancy firm who are committed to providing ongoing support to individuals and businesses to achieve their financial goals.
Your new role
Your new role will include the following duties:
- Maintaining client database including additions, deletions and changes as needed
- Dealing with client ATO correspondence, including forwarding as required
- Appointments Management (meetings and calls) with clients, prospects and others
- Experience using XERO highly desirable
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- Experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and XERO will be highly desirable
- Strong administrative skills and experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong oral and written communication
