**The Job Role**:
An amazing opportunity for a seasoned retailer to take on this Store manager role and really make the business their own. They are looking for an innovative, passionate, energetic and initiative driven leader with proven success. You will encourage and empower your store team to achieve outstanding levels of customer and team engagement while executing excellence in store standards and retail operations. You will build community engagement with your local customers and take on local marketing to build a network of customers in your community. This is your chance to really run the business as your own

**To be successful in the role you will have**:

- 1-2 years Store Management experience
- Strong coaching and time management skills
- Effective and efficient leadership skills
- Proven results in achieving sales targets and maximising profit
- Experience in visual merchandising and optimising store standards
- Strong business acumen
- Self starter and energetic hands on leader
- Confidence, energetic and vivacious personality
