**YOUR ROLE**
Do you have a creative flair? A way with words that means you build pride and understanding because the stories you write are clicked on, read, and engaged with? We’re looking for an employee communication guru who can help us share our people’s stories.
At IAG we make your world a safer place, and in your new role, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering our people communication plan, showcasing how we live the IAG Way and deliver on our Purpose for our people and the community.
This role will be based in** Sydney.**

- Experience in a similar communications role
- Business acumen
- Courage and ability to challenge and influence stakeholders
- Ability to build collaborative and mutually beneficial partnerships
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Degree Qualifications in Business, Communications, or a related field
