- Extensive experience within a project environment performing bids, proposal, and business development activities
- Extensive experience developing and coordinating proposals or equivalent activities to successful conclusion
- Extensive demonstrated experience in the management of complex and time constrained activities
- Extensive knowledge of Defence capability developments and acquisition process
- Extensive experience in providing analysis, advice, and recommendations to management
- Computer literacy with an ability to produce, analyse, and interpret highly complex reports and management information
- Significant knowledge of finance and accounting principles, concepts, practices and standards
